Let it go...
Sometimes you have to let it go and just trust it will come back to you.
Whatever "it" is.
It could be someone.
It could be something.
Fear can overcome us in ways that are paralyzing if we focus on what we don't have or might loose.
I know I can't be the only one afraid of loosing something.
I've come to realize though, that if it was meant to be it will come back.
And if it doesn't something better and sometimes more rewarding will be in it's place.
Journaling is a great way to "Let it Go". It's a safe place to 'talk' about those fears. After I finish, or most of the time, I feel a burden lifted and a new light shining. Try it sometime. You'll be glad you did!
