New Class...read on how to receive a gift worth 95.00!

by Jodi Ohl September 28th-November 9th
Character Face Studies using the amazing Silk Acrylic Glazes (featuring many colors in the pink collection in honor of breast cancer awareness) along with assorted acrylics and drawing tools and other fun mixed media techniques.

Course Description: Stretch your painting and drawing skill and be on the cutting edge of contemporary painting as we explore how to build layers without bulk. Infuse words, doodles, a bit of collage, and most of all, shimmering color in our work as you create 2 unbelievable works of art during this 6 week course.
This is a fun filled contemporary workshop where students will learn blending and application tips using the silk glazes.

As well as, how to draw, paint and compose 2 beautiful luminescent portrait paintings primarily using a pink color palette.

We will explore the wonders of face painting highlighted by the light refractive Silk Glaze acrylic paints by Luminarte, during this tantalizing character/face painting workshop with Jodi Ohl What’s even more exciting, this class will remain open ended for a minimum of one year after launching so you have plenty of time to play, practice and repeat the lessons as often as you like.

All students that sign up for the course will also receive a coupon for free product from Luminarte worth $30.00. Class Subscription: $65.00 Included in your $65 fee you will receive a coupon worth $30 towards the purchase of Luminarte products. This is a $95 total value for only $65!)

I'll be giving away ONE tuition for this class  which is a 65.00 value PLUS you will also receive a coupon worth 30.00 for Luminarte paints that we will be using in the class (you can choose anything, and although this class is called painterly in pink, if you are not a pink person...still join in, you can really apply the principles to any color palette you like...or stick with the them and let's get pink!)
Have you seen all the luscious colors of paint from Luminarte?
Did I mention they have a  HUGE fall sale going on??????

I could write a really long (and true) sob story about why I want to take this class, but the truth is I really need to take this class. I have been trying to get to one of your classes all year, missed my chance at CREATE in NJ and you emailed me about another chance coming up in CT in Oct. but health and finances will still not allow it.

I would LOVE to push myself to try something new, and this for me would be way out of my comfort zone. I have never had the chance to use Luminarte paints either so to win some of those (in PINK,which is my fav, BTW) would be awesome as well.

Thank you Jodi, for always being an inspiring force for good, for giving me a kick in the pants when I need it, and for creating such lovely work that makes me want to learn from you!

If I am able I plan to post about it this for another entry, but either way I will also pass the word about the class. Thanks for your generosity in offering us the chance to win a spot and the paints!

Have a wonderful night,
Maureen
