What advice would you give someone who wants to become an artist?
My advice is first and foremost, practice everyday. Don’t compare yourself to others but learn from others. There are no shortcuts to practice honestly. Know that you will have peaks and valleys but if you know in your heart, you are going to pick up the pieces and go back into the studio (or kitchen table, or nook in your office) tomorrow and try again…that is a success.....
