If you ask me--Art at the Speed of Life is a perfect gift to yourself or a loved one. Treat yourself to inspiration, advice, projects, prompts, and tons of eye candy to savor.   I've been living the theme of this book for sometime now but after reading Pam's take on balancing it all along with all the sensible and insightful advice from her contributors, I'm even more determined to fit creative time in everyday...no excuses. I' ve been doing a lot of journal pages lately because my schedule has been so all over the places...and I think I've found a new groove with what I do in an unexpected way.  One never knows when inspiration is going to hit. Take it and run with it when it does!!
