And the winner of my $25.00 gift certificate to the Sweet Repeats Studio Shoppe is the one and only Pat from The blog: Whyte Paper who's color choices for my next painting are:
"White, taupe, ivory....I.m being selfish because those are my fav combos. Good for winter coming soon."
I have an idea for the next painting which this color combo will work great-I may add a bit of brown and make the painting almost sepia in nature. This is the picture I'm going to replicate into one of my funky lil houses:
Congratulations Pat! Be sure to stop by her awesome Etsy shop as well for a wealth of creative goodness!

Oh I can't wait to see what you do with the house!
congrats to Pat - I love that color palette... my latest blog post is about deviating from the colors I've been attached to for so long now...
maybe I should solicit advice!
cool house, btw, where is it??
Jodi, to say I'm excited and thrilled to have a gift certificate for your shop is just flat an understatement! Thank you!! I hope you have fun with the taupes, whites and ivory....I'm a neutral freak and love monochromatic...it will be a perfect color wheel for your old house!! Thanks "sweet treats"! :)
