Christmas in July!!! Sale and Musings!

Okay so maybe it's not quite Christmas but it is a good time for a sale! (Heck anytime is a good time for a sale!!)   This is the lowest price I've ever offered this work shop and the price won't last long.....from now until 7/26 you can save 20.00 off Fearless Faux Encaustic online class which was first released last June, then re-released this November.   With close to 3 hours of instruction, you will learn a variety techniques that range from background creation, collage, and an overview of several different gel mediums.  During this course our aim is to create a look that mimic encaustic painting but without using beeswax to develop rich layers and fun marks.   The beauty of this workshop format is that is accessible 24/7 days a week from the comfort of your home....in your jammies..whenever you wanna, you can!  Okay so to purchase you can go through Shabby Cottage Studios or my Etsy Shop...whatever works best for you!.  Access to the class will remain until we retire the class, which we do not have plans to do so at this time. In the event we do decide to retire the class, we will be sure to give at least 90 days notice so you will have more than adequate time to complete your projects.  The videos are not downloadable,  however you can have unlimited access to the class.  Hope to see you in class!

As I write this post, I have to admit, I am one tired puppy....with working nonstop since the end of June and before that working non stop for months on end getting ready for shows and classes, what I want to do is take a nap...long nap, or have maybe a jammie day and someone wait on me all day long, make me breakfast in bed....nonstop food channel or hgtv or whatever reality show I've gotten addicted to on the tube..lol.  This week as tiring as it has been, I'm super excited to be heading to NJ tomorrow for CREATE whooohooo!!! This is truly the biggest undertaking I've embarked on with this project, 4 classes, vending and of course travel,  2 online classes that are going on, and an online lesson (8 or so videos) for Lifebook that opened up this week.   I've kinda left some things behind while plugging away at all of this, things like laundry, the yard, family, friends, new friends...and I hate that I can't juggle things better or do better, but I can promise you...when I"m there, I'm there :)) I'm really grateful for all these experiences. But I still want breakfast in bread. (Note to self, must teach son how to make at least toast for me soon...lol)

Hope to see some of you at Create!  My next event after this is back in NC at Artful Living Group at the end of this month and in Raleigh August 12 at Jerry's Artarama, September I'm back in Cali for ART IsYou then we move on to Stamford Ct in October.    After that...who knows!! LOL  Oh yes, let the holiday shows begin...teaching gets put to the wayside for a few weeks while we do a holiday tour...and be we..I really mean me...but it sounds more corporate like if I incorporate more than me, myself, and I. :) I think I have most of this all listed on the top of my blog called "Workshops"

Have a great week! Off to finish packing...oh my....do I have a lot to pack too.. Maybe a nap first??:!
